So today, i looked at my old pictures. i have gained probably 30 lbs back :( i keep thinking about how I’m going to change this? how am i going to undo the things i’ve done. :( I NEED HELP. Someone tell me what to do!!

Normally when I have eggs and toast I have maybe 2 eggs scrambled, but then load on cheese and sour cream and butter on the toast. But, did you know that an egg white only has 16 calories?
